Breathwork
Hā Breathing is a sacred Hawaiian spiritual practice that amplifies mana (life-force energy), clears energetic blockages, and activates the throat chakra. This technique emphasizes clearing the heart chakra through the power of sound and intentional, elongated inhale and exhale durations. Each intentional, audible exhale activates the parasympathetic nervous system, calms stress responses, and strengthens the core and diaphragm.Breath Blessing
Harmonizing is a quantum-fusion breath technique utilizing the figure-8 pattern to soothe, realign, and heal deep-seated trauma. It soothes the inner child while restoring inner and outer balance. Rooted in feminine energy, this method encourages feeling, listening, and pleasurably surrendering to the natural guidance of the breath. -
Feminine embodiment incorporates circles, spirals, waves, and figure-8s throughout the entire body to enhance mobility, function, and spinal alignment. These movements, inspired by the natural flow of life, foster fluidity, balance, and receptivity. They also restore harmony between the brain's left hemisphere (logic and language) and right hemisphere (creativity and intuition), supporting optimal health and performance.

Intuitive Fitness is mindful movement that blends discipline with deep listening — honoring what your body truly craves vs. just the workout routine. It’s less about performing a movement “right” or keeping up with a pace, and more about paying attention to what wants to be moved through practices like yoga, barre, pilates, or strength training.
Beyond appearance, Intuitive Fitness is about quality over quantity— deepening your relationship with your liberated movement and cultivating a sustainable, joyful rhythm that enhances performance, confidence, and overall well-being.

Vocal Toning
Our voices are our innate instruments that bring our truth, creativity, and self-expression to life.Chanting harmonizes body, mind, and spirit through sound and vibration using deep, resonant sounds (like “ahhh,” “ohhh,” or “mmm”) to help open the throat, jaw, and pelvis.
The rhythmic repetition of tones stimulates the vagus nerve, calming the nervous system, lowering stress, and improving focus. It also deepens breath, balances energy, and elevates mood by releasing endorphins and oxytocin.
Spiritually, chanting opens the heart, clears the mind, and strengthens connection to one’s inner voice and divine essence.
Some sessions will include sound bowls to assist the release.

Dance is our birthright—a natural expression of balance, joy, and connection with our spirit. Yet fear and shame often hold us back from moving freely, especially in public, convincing us that we’re not "good enough" to dance.i=]’But the truth is, everyone is a dancer, and everyone must dance to realign with the rhythms of nature and life.
This practice is not about perfect steps or how you look. It’s about letting your spirit and breath guide you into movement. Through breathwork and embodiment practices, we’ll create the space within your body to rediscover its innate wisdom—the space where your body begins to dance effortlessly, without judgment or self-doubt.
Dancing is a practice of surrender, dropping from your mind into your body, and feeling the rhythm move you. It’s a celebration of being alive, free, and in harmony with yourself and the world around you. Let's dance—not for perfection, but for liberation.

In these gatherings, we approach cannabis as a sacred ally — a bridge between body, breath, and spirit. Through guided breathwork, movement, meditation, and creative expression, we learn to commune with the plant consciously while remembering our innate ability to access presence and peace without it. Each session invites gratitude, reverence for the elements, and trust in the body’s intuitive wisdom. Offered both outdoors and indoors, online and in person, these rituals cultivate a safe space to connect deeply with nature, self, and the divine.
Ethos
True freedom begins when we embrace our humanity fully—allowing ourselves to feel & express, especially the parts we’ve been taught to hide, judge, doubt, or fear. When we honor the truth of what’s shaped us—patriarchy, colonialism, and capitalism—we begin to ReMember that our ancestors’ wisdom & stories live within us: in our blood, bones, and breath.
To live with intention is to ritualize your life.
Through devotion and awareness, we learn to trust our intuition and attune with the cycles of nature, bringing more of our Divine Essence into Being.
It is time to unlock and embody the gifts we are here to offer—to ourselves, humanity, and to the world.
We get to know ourselves truthfully—messy, magnetic, and whole—recognizing every moment as an invitation to come H-OMe to Unconditional Love and Radical Authenticity.
My work bridges science & spirit—a plant medicine-friendly, heart-centered approach—grounded in movement, breath, and unapologetic sound. Together, we create a safe space for you to reconnect with your body, release shame, reclaim your wholeness, and simply Be your most beautiful self.
Welcome friend, I’m Keani.
My name, Keani, means “the wave or the breeze” in Hawaiian—a mirror of my calling to be a breath of fresh air, a wave of calm, a soothing presence, and a clear reflection to reveal the truth that helps you reconnect with your true essence.
Through a journey of loving curiosity and boundless grace for my emotions and body—unihipili (elemental consciousness)—I discovered empowered liberation.
As a Polynesian dancer, collegiate athlete, Kinesiologist, bodyworker turned energy worker, meditative movement guide, intuitive development coach, and self-taught singer, I guide those on the path of spiritual awakening toward the same embodied freedom.
I bring the wisdom of my Filipino-Polynesian-Chinese ancestral roots, five years of somatic training, and personal experiences to help you remember your innate power and navigate life’s duality.
THE MISSION
To support the healing of humanity, guiding the world toward a new paradigm rooted in love, joy, compassion, forgiveness, peace, and beauty as conscious, embodied spiritual beings.
